Homeless people in Japan

The law of Japan concerning homeless people defines the person who lives in the city park, the river, the road, and the station, etc. as homeless. The homeless definition of Japan is a narrower range though the definition of homeless is widely interpreted in Europe, and "Person who doesn't have the house with the right to live" is called homeless people.

In the investigation of the country, homeless people that had been confirmed in 2003 were about 25,000 people. This is a number of people confirmed by the investigator's watching, and it is actually said that there are 40,000 people or more. This doesn't contain the person who lives in the person and the hotel in which it stays at the friend house. The many live in metropolises such as Tokyo and Osaka. There is a type to live while moving on the type, the railroad station premises, and the road putting up a shed on the park and the dry riverbed and settling down. It is a type that I also move.

Most of homeless in Japan is the unemployed due to the recession. Homeless people are aging the average age at about the age of 55. It is not possible to find employment for that. The income is very little though about 70 percent of homeless does the work of the salvage etc.The person of homeless cannot rent the house because he or she cannot pay the rent. Because we are not good at the resident registration, the house is not rented by me. It is utmost to earn the food cost of every day.

The law that supported homeless people in 2002 can have been done in Japan. However, it is too ineffectual. The criticism to homeless has risen because it can have done the law. When the person of homeless is driven out from the town, the government is frantic. The citizens also violently abhor homeless. The event to which young people attack the person of homeless has happened frequently, too. I am uneasy.

Is these sentences neatly translated?

There is no time any longer today. Moreover, let's meet.

I live around Tokyo of Japan. After the house where it lives in December, 2001 is lost, it has lived on the park and the road, etc. I think that I am depression now.

Because discrimination to the person of homeless is violent, I will escape from the state of homeless for oneself without receiving government handouts in Japan. This site has been managed from Internet cafe.
